Well yesterday i joined a race in one of those airport tracks where you don't even need to brake and 2 guys with other cars were miles ahead. I didn't crash or anything like that and i used the starting boost so dunno.

If they where slipstreaming off each other that could explain it.
Not that I've tried the Adder yet, but if you got stuck in third a bit behind their slipstream it makes sense.

The Akuma for sure. Yes it is not the bike with the best top speed. But it has anmazing handlining and it handles like a dirt bike offroad. By far the best bike for racing. Unless you're doing freeway races and such. But most races you dont need to worry about top speed.

This. According to the gta wiki hakuchou can even surpass some super cars speedwise when doing wheelies

Shift is to duck and ctrl for wheelies

I'd go for Akuma for streight up racing. For a bike you can find, upgrade, and store in your garrage then it has to be the nemisis.
