Your second post about the tunnel is the effect of SSAO, if you don't like it, turn it off.
The first three images though ... I have the same problem here. Especially visible with softest shadows:

A temporary solution is to use hard shadows and enable high detail shadows in advanced. Or you can just learn to ignore it and patiently wait to see if Rockstar addresses it. Y'know, like a sensible person.

That's true, I made the box almost unnoticeable with the following settings:

Shadow Quality: Very High, Soft Shadows: Sharp, High Resolution Shadows: On, Extended Shadow Distance: 0%

Not a big fan of hard shadows but there is no other way at this time.
