The aim assist in GTA V is literally like an AIMBOT. It needs to be removed completely.
One thing I do want is mouse + gamepad support. Best of both worlds. Smooth precise analog movement with mouse aim. Cream of the crop laid back precision gameplay IMO.
I asked the devs at MachineGames about this in WolfensteinTNO, they changed the config file before release so I didn't have to do anything to get it working simultaneously. How cool is that.
Some aholes deliberately segregated gamepad+mouse with DE:Human Revolution, no way to get them working together. Same for Gamebryo engine Skyrim. I wish Xpadder simulated analog movement for these cases.
Heres hoping the Rage engine will allow for it.
aiming is hard as ♥♥♥♥ with analog
But trying to run him down in your car is skill...? It's not hard to do without auto-aim either, especially when you got a good angle. ie: car driving straight at you. I'm 100% certain there won't be auto-aim in the PC version just like 99% of PC games out there
I've been playing with controller just cause it really is aimbot, just hold both triggers and side step, everyone on you screen dies. I'm pretty much s**t but I domanate every game because of it, It needs to be fixed.
