A Mystery, Solved Achievement

I'm a little confused with this I think may be bugged has anyone got this through steam?

On steam it says I have 49/51 but I clearly got 50 in game, gutted it took me ages.

I've been following this thropy guide but I can't find the 24th. I remember I had got it someday but now I can't find it and it says I have got 23.

the 51 is the part where franklin has to kill the assassin. after you collect the 50 notes. a ? symbol will appear in the minimap. but you can only do it with franklin.

you can check how many notes you've collected by going to game stats, regardless of what steam counter says which sometimes is not accurate!

the only thing you can do is to get a good guide, i used IGN ones for all my achievements for example, and go step by step again. to double check for missing letter scraps.

Go to the rockstar social club. It will track everything for the 100% completion. There's even a map at the bottom of the page where you can toggle things you've found and things you haven't found yet. The game will autosave and update that info every time you find/complete something off that list and all you have to do is refresh the page. If you have the game through steam you can just open the web browser in the steam overlay to have a map for all those locations.

But it doesen't appear when I go there. :( I remember I got it previously by accident. But now I've started to collect as I watch the guide...it doesen't there. :/ How can I fix it?

but there's no problem if you got a particular part of the letter before, you can get them in any order, if your guide tells you to go somewhere and the part is not there then go onto the next one.
