[A plea to the community!Read first!] If you feel ignored from Rockstar support
Read first befor locking or banning:
I tried several ways (in here, ticket-system from Rockstar support) to contact the Rockstar support, i know many friends with the same issue i discribed in here.

There is still no help in sight and until now, the support doesn't even care to answer me again.

So i herby plea the communtiy with it's many questions and unsolved problems, make use of the "Report" function provided on the Steam-Store page of GTA V (the flag near share etc).
But only do it, if you have tried any other way.... i just hope maybe Steam can provide some pressure on Rockstar itself.

It just bugs me that there isn't even a technical-support provided in here.

No, all of them are located in europe, most of them are from Germany/Austria/Switzerland and two danish guys. ;)

im not sure but from what i understand the game creates a lobby for 30 players that can be all around the world so if you have players in the same lobby as you that are in let say USA then you might have issues. that problem is for everyone that would fall into that scenario.

You can join invite only, crew only, friend only, and crew and friend only lobbies

Yeah i know, but as i stated (in the thread linked) we tried private lobbies aswell, one guy i tried a lobby with is only a 5 min walk away. (Thats why he got the same quite bad internet, too)

And i know, my internet isn't the best.... but it worked without any problem for many hours until the patches hit the game. :(

I salute you for trying to help me, but we tried so many stuff (different times etc.) and it just appears like since the patch the upstream used from GTA skyrocketed until my connection was unable to handle it.

And this thread is not actually to solve my problem, it is for all those guys in here having unsolved problems without a single respond from Rockstar.
I just really hope Valve may put some pressure on Rockstar to get things streight. :)

Yes, i know that, too ... at least i know that there is no line in the patch-notes :
-Increased upload-data-transfer-rate while in Online-Mode.

Doesn't mean they didn't change something or a bug comes out of it.
Don't get me wrong, i love the game and i just want to play the game in online again. ;)

Hi,
my friends and i are sitting on a connection of about (just tested) 9.973 kbit/s download and 493 kbit/s upload.
I know, its not the best connection, but we NEVER had issues befor... doesn't matter if we are on a full public or on private. We could always drive side-by-side all day and never have a desync/lag.
The last updates just messed it up.... NPC cars spawning randomly on the street while driving,we are getting warped very often etc.
We are having this issue even if we try to play on official servers (public) or if we are playing on a private session (yes, we tried different people hosting said sessions).
It appears like the game is using way more up/download in it's current state and it is impossible to play in a fun way right now. :(
I'd like to add that i am not speaking of "framedrops" or "FPS-LAG" it is 100% network related, i uploaded dxdiag/msinfo nontheless.

Please, pretty please, fix it. ;)

Thanks for your "support", but i have to ask, did you even read the ticket or the DxDiag?
You are right that the INTEL driver is from 10/3/2014, but i am using the Nvidia GTX 880m with always the newest driver - there is no Driverupdate for the integrated Intel GPU.

We understand troubleshooting can be frustrating but it is a step by step process. We'd like to look into this issue; however we'll first need some screencaps from a PC connected direct to your Broadband Internet modem. We'll need screencaps from:

Hi,
don't get me wrong, i am not frustrating by the fact there is troubleshooting needed right now or that it takes "step by step" but your first respond clearly showed that you didn't read my ticket -> wasted about 2 days time.
And I know you try to gather as much informations as possible to blame the problem on me, your customer, thats what is frustrating me.
If you look at the steam-forums, they are full of people with the same issue.
Instead of trying to find the issue on my end, maybe check the code of the game and why it started to use way more upload while playing Online.
As i stated in the first place :

-I never had/nor have FPS-Issues (my hardware is doing completly FINE)
-I am well aware that my connection isn't the best, but nontheless, it is the same connection it always was (see info in TICKET & screenshots) but it worked with said connection 100% completly fine until you guys updated the game.
-I asure you, that non of my computer-settings have changed since release of the game.

Nontheless, i uploaded the informations you needed and my router is on a global DMZ.

And i am sorry if I sound harsh, but just try to view it from my side.
I know you are just working "by the book" (so it's not your fault), but i actually gave you all the information needed in the very first sentence of my ticket, and you still ask me that kind of questions or try blaming the driver of my GPU.
And i can only say it again :
-NOTHING on my end has changed, the problem is not GPU related and my connection is the same as befor
-GTA V is using way more upload after the latest patches (so much that my connection can't handle it).

Further informations :
Due to the fact that internetspeed/connection may vary during the day, i had my vacation so i can tell for sure : The problem is happening all day, doesn't matter if its early, very early, noon, morning, night, dawn or whatsoever.
