Nope I've got a Midi Tower with a good Airflow and Dustfilter, also I monitor the Temps of my System so I know it wasnt overheating at all
What do you mean? The GPU? I bought that Card 1 1/2 year ago and don't got any problems with it (Handles Battlefield 4 on Ultra with no problem for example)
I've had something similar happen to me in the past, when my GPU died in a year and a half instead of lasting 3 or 4 years as usual. It was simply a bad unit, and all the other 6 GPU's I had in my life lasted their usual lifespan. It's not GTA's fault, any game would've caused the same.
Also I allredy looking for the replacement since I still got warranty on the Card it shouldn't be a problem. Maybe the Card was just a bad Unit but I think it's a little bit odd that the "gta 5 has stopped working" and the "err_gfx_d3d_init" error seems to be releated to OC GPU's and that I was fine before the last Patch.
