TV is just a black screen

So on all characters, the TV just won't work. It stays a black screen even if I change the channel. Anyone have a solution? Need to get my fill of impotent rage :(

If it doesn't work when you change channels, are you sure it's not just a problem with your TV?
I'm playing on my TV and everything works fine...

Is this the tv in game or the actual tv that you are playing the game on?

Bump, I really need help with it too! I can't get past one of lester's Missions (the one where you have to watch tv and set off the bomb) and I would like to continue through the story.

Yo leaving this here. If you go to [TIME] then select [Time Settings] and choose [Sync with system] it should fix the tv. It solved the problem completely for me. No need to remove any native or enhanced asi files.
