after father and son mission tonya is not showing on the stranger and freak mission

After i finished father and son missioin i went AFK for a wile to waite for CHOP mission but nothing came up. when isearched up, i had to do the stranger and freak measion but when i went to the stranger and freak mission tonya wasnt there. i tried many things like replaying the father and son mission switching back and forth with michael. HELP!!!!!

Some missions only appear at certain times of day.
If it's something that is supposed to popup after doing a certain mission, quick save your game via Phone, then wait for the saving load symbol to complete, then go back to Menu > Game > Load and pick your last save and try again.

I've had this happen after doing stuff with Trevor and the drunk couple u supposed to drive to the Cult not showing up.

I had to try many times for this one too. IDK what the deal is or how to explain it.
I do know she only shows up there certain times of day. Like after the sun rises in the morning hours. I went close to that area (but out of sight of her position) around 9am, saved my game, reloaded that save and she was there, no problem. Also ensure u of course don't have any stars on u, or that you've created any disturbance in that general area or she'll disappear.

IIRC, 3 of 5 missions for Tonya are only triggered by calling her during certain times of the day.
She says to call her at some point in a text message, which can easily be overlooked.
