I lost my personal vehicle in gta v online [Solved]
I logged into GTA 5 Online today and found my Insurgent gone.
I checked with the insurance company and it was not there, i tried with the mechanic and its it was not in any of my garages too.

Does anyone had issues like this?
If yes, did you find a fix??

The stolen Western Bagger motorcycle I drove into my garage that replaced my missing car has a sell price at the mod shop for $90,000 and when I looked it up it should actually only sell for $1,600. I can't sell it though, an error pops up when I try.

Hopefully they'll give me back the car, I submitted a ticket a few days ago too. I'm just glad my missing car wasn't one of the more expensive cars.

yup - i had my kuruma become a penumbra and my zentorno become a baller - the error pops up for me too - ended up buying the cars again and hope for the issue to be solved - while i'm waiting on the ticket, i won't be putting more than 5 cars in each garage - FML
They fixed it with the patch it seems, but stilll hasn't changed the fact your missing vehicles are STILL missing... Got dammit DX
my vehicles still duplicating - new patch isn't really working --!

Rockstar did not replace the vehicles of the people I know who lost one, so good luck with that. All they did was tell them they will patch the game.

+1 you will not get your vehicle back, or any compensation even with logs they are unable to verify a vehicle was lost. Something about that bug does screw something up... lost a nice vehicle this way, and support has not been able to help

Yeah, keep your head up, it will work out, my mate got hes car refunded too :)
I have the same issue, sent a ticket got a response wiithin a day to provide them for more info and evidence on why my car might be missing. After I responded I'm still waiting on my 3rd day for a response, man loosing a 650K car is annoying.
I spent 50quid in phone calls and a ticket with plenty of screenshots and stupid glitches

They said they were going to refund it yesterday but logged today and no sign of it yet

Later on I'll post the link to my ticket and a sum up of the conversations - but I'll hope it'll be solved today

How long did it take you for them to say they'll refund it? I've been waiting a few days, after they asked for more info =/.

They said yesterday it was going to take about 30mins to finish verifying all the transactions I made in the cars and to refund every single penny - I said approximately was good enough - and I'd be happy with 2M ( Kuruma + Zentorno + mods) - then hayfever pills made me pass out - this morning the money wasn't there and I updated the ticket asking why the wait -- I'll ring them again after work if the money isn't there

Why would I lie?

Anyone can write a ticket to Rockstar and say they lost a vehicle. They won't give you a new one or give you money, sorry.

Read the link, Rockstar says that they will, they have logs you know... End of story
They refunded my in game cash for a car i lost.. took about a week but they did.

But with an online game, people have crashes and internet loss, i really think they need to change this rule...
After a week it's finally solved.

After almost a week, they just returned the money for the Zentorno + Kuruma ( i saw 1.25M in my account ) but no return for the tons of mods i did to the cars and wasted money - but, oh well, won't let that bug me ( see what i did there ? )
