Mouse pointer disappearing, when accessing rockstar from in game and FIX.

Been dealing with this issue since I switched to 4k..
Mouse pointer just disappears when i open rockstar social club to do friend requests or whatever.
I saw a lot of topics saying disable mouse trails which helped them. I didn't have that enabled though..

What I did was enable it, then disable it.
But I also changed my mouse theme to "normal select"
I unchecked the
"enable pointer shadow" box
and unchecked
"allow themes to change the mouse pointer"
Enabled "pointer presision"
