GTA online, Prison break HEIST, Not alert guards

How do you get past the guard after you get off the bus inside the prison without causing the alarm? I've been trying to do this heist probably 20 times, he makes me every frickin time. I just want to do this proper.

You can't, you have to shoot your way through the prison since you can't pass this guard without him shooting at you. The whole prisoner/guard thing was only to get into the prison itself.

Well, all the dialogue from Lester, and the cut scene with Ratashovokovovoshovosvovski or whatever his name is, suggests that it can be done properly...

I dont think it is because it's been like that since heists were on consoles too.

anyone tried another path to get in? isn't there a space between building or something?

i know this is old but you can at least get to the top of the ladder before everyone is alerted, slowly walk up to the guard, and smack him with the gun, works for me alot, damn near everytime, but they will still be alerted when you are done climbing the ladder

You are guaranteed to trigger the alarm so fire before they do.
I just spray two guards with shotgun, then kill the further guard with assualt rifle
