Car insurance in Story Mode

they sometimes get disappeared from garage when they are stored. and what if they get destroyed (which they usually do) ? phooff? gone? I would be better if they make it happen as a choice ofcourse

Any purchased vehicles will always respawn at your owned garage for the relevant character if destroyed.

Single player only though, MP you have to call Moors Insurance and the person who destroyed it has to pay a fee.

Same with boats, bikes, aircraft and any other vehicle you buy.

Also worth noting that you have to buy the garage on the map, purchased cars won't respawn in garages at a players house but I'm pretty sure you can't buy anything until you own the storage space anyway.

i did purchase a garage in Lost Santos, and my ordered vehicle was delived there. I destroyed the car just to see if it respawns after taking it out but i hasnt even after quite some time. However the special vehicle does repawns after some time which i remember havent bought and came with the garage :(

Mine disappears after looking away from it. Doesn't show up again, and I lost all the money I've put into it. Need insurance.

That's why, in every other GTA games, I have a bunch of nice cars parked outside of my safehouses but start each session by carjacking the nearest civilian. Needing to take care of your car isn't really in the spirit of GTA, and not really fun.

When I played on XB360 I'm certain my vehicles would respawn.

I've got the RGSC version so I will buy the garage tomorrow and give it a test. I've got over 1 billion with franklin anyway.

Bought a car and destroyed it. It didn't respawn

I don't know why they didn't make personal vehicles the same as onlline. It's derp.

Well actually sometimes cars respawn but a lot of the time they don't. I agree with op they should allow you to pay for insurance so you don't need to worry about losing the upgrades you paid for on some cars. I feel the insurance should be connect with the garage so you store a car there and have the option to insure it so you won't have to worry about losing it so you can only have four cars insured per character but still better than nothing.

There is the car impound. If you leave your car behind, it will later show up in the car impound building where you can retrieve it for 250$. If the car is destroyed, it won't be there though.

I'm talking about not needing to worry if the car is destroyed
