Why do so many people leave heists? Why???

Is everyone's game crashing? Why did a guy leave after the parachuting bit in Prison Break? Every heist has a ♥♥♥♥ing leaver!

It usually tends to be:
1. The leaver is a troll.
2. Some one else is horrible and the leaver doesn't want to deal with him/her.

I tend to leave when a guy twice my level still doesn't have basic skills and dies.

Dunno, I've never left any missions, regardless of how badly I've had my ass handed to me. Some people just nerdrage, some people genuinely get disconnects or crash.

3. Sometimes people just get disconnected from session. For no reason. Without any fix.

Or maybe they had a crash or other network problem?

Not every disconnection is purposeful you know. And right now, GTA V has known crash issues. Sometimes it runs fine for me for hours on end, other times it crashes chronically.

Hmmm, they pay about the same as a regular hard mission, 5x15k+80k finale payout, that's 170k, about the same as the leader gets.

Makes me laugh the guys that join only for the finale, then hold the heist ransom for more payout.

Lot of people are having connection issues. I get spammed up that 20+ people leave the session im in then im all alone. This happens all the time. Lot of threads posted about these types of issues going on.

I got disconnected the other day at the end of the prison heist....like i was the pilot, had everybody in an just got back in the air and BAM a transformer by my house blew....i know my team had to be pissed but yeaaa, not much i could do there.

Long load times, people quit. Random crash, disconnects and what not. Online (for me personally) is pretty unstable. I tried to join a few Jobs but had 3 crash to desktop, 2 random disconnects. Just gonna drop it for now, im getting that "bad sport" popup when i login. Lol.

well they way ive been doing it is 40% for me (because i payed for it and im getting that money back plus the money earned and then 20% for the rest of my team. NOT a single person has had a problem with this and they understand that even the level 4-10's. so if you have a problem witht them leaving over that issue then try my way. if they still have a problem explain it to them that you payed for it and they can either quit or play. i dont give into greedy savages and everyone ive played with seems happy with 40% and 20% for other 3
