How to get DxDiag and MSInfo?
I want to contact rockstar support about gta online crashing. Where do i get those files to upload them to rockstar support?

type dxdiag in start > run and save all information
then type MSINFO32 (or 64 depending on your OS) then go to file and save (give it a name)

Then attach both files to the ticket.

Click window key+r to bring up the run command.
Type in dxdiag for direct x info and msinfo32 for MS info
