How to reset the story mode?

How do I reset the story mode without deleting any important files? Did not find a restart button.

Go to ingame options and there should be a new game option in the replay area....from memory

Yeah. Figured it out already. You have to go ingame and instead of loading a savegame you can start anew. Thanks. I thought you have to reset the game before loading.

You can't delete online save as it is been stored on R* servers

Reset storymode / saves? Or the mods >_>

Saves - my docs / rockstar games / gtav / profiles / <profile name>
Rename the profile name to name-OLD, or delete the sgta files inside (or everything..).
(or go nuclear and rename my docs / rockstar games to rockstar games-old)

If you used cloudsync it is going to pull the files back down...
Renaming the folder (or deleting cloudsavedata.dat) will let you choose upon restart.
