MOUSE WHEEL NOT WORKING FIX!

Go to settings>mouse and keyboard>mouse input and change it to windows.

my mousewheel doesnt work unless i press rmb first then press wheel

they are fully operational, just not in GTA V.

I have the same problem, did you manage to fix it? It works properly everytime but in GTA it's just not responding unless I scroll it very fast, but that makes me click and on sniper missions I usually fail.

yeah its a gtav thing i had it you have to push the wheel fast if you know what i mean

this might have something to do with mouse specific software (i.e. logitech setpoint or similair)? the default windows mouse drivers dont cause this, at least not here.

also cant you change options so sniper zoom is click on click off thats what mine does and i dont have to be in 3rd person fpr sniper i just r.m.b click
for others i click r.m.b then down mmb and i got scope
not press mmb like game tells you
