Parachute wont deploy.. sometimes..

Anyone else have the problem where your character will sometimes franticly swing his arms and wont deploy their parachute? I get this now and then on a mission(Extradition) that I use a jet and jump out to drop off an object at an objective.

Its annoying because about 20% of the time that happens and I end up dieing. The mission fails usually when that happens because most players die long before that in the military base. I just want to know if its a bug or if its suppose to happen like that.

Dunno, the physics on the characters are exaggerated A LOT, like when i try to jump onto something and just fall all over the place. Maybe try slowing down or approaching at a different angle?

Can't slow down or speed up like normally when hes swinging his arms in a panic. All I can do is turn the direction I want to fall to my death. When it is able to deploy, I can speed up and slow down with W and S key before I deploy.

That is because you have no parachute
A parachute icon will show up on the weapon selection screen (bottom left for on foot weapon wheel and directly under it for in vehicle selection) if you have one
Make sure you spam keys after ragdolling so your character stops flailing and rolls into skydiving position.

Nope, the only time my chute hasn't opened, is when I didn't have one....
