Using savegame 100% from others. You can't get any achievement directlly. Why don't just play it yourself to earn the achievment.
If you want a new weapons,new cars,bike or something from online content. Download the mod simple trainer and mpgunrrunning to install and have fun.

Who cares about achievements, really? Are you that sad that you're pining for a 32px square to briefly tell you you devoted precious limited time in your life to a menial task? They also don't, in sharp contrast to what acne ridden prepubescents seem to think, impress anyone. Not even your classmate in kindergarten who politely tries to mimick your enthousiasm, while desperately trying not to lose the last remaining inkling of respect for you.

No. You're proving wrong. My point is I'm really want to enjoy the game experience to show us to play yourself or use replay to do a better score or medal. But If you did complete the story mode game as yourself for the first time. It would be impressive. It's up to you. I'm don't mind about it.

Actually using save files from a game in progress will unlock corresponding achievemnts all at once. Then, people will think you are a cheater.
I can confirm this, because I have played cracked GTA 5, prior to purchasing the original from Steam, and as soon as I loaded game progress from cracked version, it unlocked my achievments: A New Perspective, San Andreas Sightseer and Welcome to Los Santos.
A New Perspective means that you've played 15 hours in first person mode, which I did, even more than 15 hours, weeks before the original game purchase, but it was impossible to be unlocked at the same day after I completed installation... but it did happen.
