GTA V - Single Player Save Game to cloud?

Hi,

My new PC gets delivered in a few weeks time. I have been playing the single player campaign on my current PC and am probably about 20% the way through.

My question is, when my new PC gets delivered and I eventually re-download GTA V and start playing the single player mode again... Is my save on the cloud? Is there a way of saving my current game on the cloud so I can play it on my new PC once I get it all setup?

Any help much appreciated.

Nope. SP does not save on a cloud server. At least from console->PC.

When you log your rockstar account on to the other computer, it should load all your story mode and online data.

Im not going from console --> PC im going from Current PC --> New PC

Ah brilliant, so the single player mode is saved on the cloud and not locally?

I had to copy save files manually from PC to Laptop :( \Documents\Rockstar blabla\

This is not working for me...and I can see the data in the settings screen if I press the "Home" button my keyboard just like it says to do during loading. IT IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY LOADING ONLINE SAVE DATA! Someone please help, I really f$@$ing don't want to play everything over again!!

Nope. GTA 5 does not have cloud saves for story mode.

i tried this with my laptop after pc and it started the story mode from beginning and didn't have online character at all. so i think its not even possible to play with 2 pc's

I got my new pc in the end, and all I did was transfer my whole user data in my documents to my new pc and I started from my original story.

PC GTA V
Rockstar Social club saves your achivments in singel player and multiplayer to a cloud
but does NOT save your singelplayer progress.
Its like that with all Rockstar's games.
So if you format your pc and want to play GTA V on a clean pc you will have to start from the begining again saving lost unless you back it up to ekstern drive.

I can attest to this.. I had a PS3 I burned (Yes literally burned Played GTA 5 for 3 weeks and burned the whole thing.. I only got it cause a friend needed money..) with GTA 5 so no access to saves.. I bought GTA 5 a couple days ago and I have to start over.. It kinda sucks cause I had a garage on that other PS3 game that I dont have no the PC.. Oh well no biggy I just bought the game to mess around in anyway and kill time.

how the hell do u burn ur stupid ps3 while playing a game i did that too but i never had it burn on me how the hell does that happen did u have it properly ventilated
