FOR PEOPLE STUCK WITH BLACK LOADING SCREEN
Go to installed programs from Control Panel, and uninstall Rockstar Games Social Club. Then try launching GTA 5. If the game doesn't launch, try verifying the integrity of the game cache. This fixed the game for me, hope it helps some of you out!

I deleted the Rockstar Games thing and now when I try to play GTA V it won't load.

^because verify cache - should be reinstalling social club. Download - rightclick - run as admin.
http://patches.rockstargames.com/prod/socialclub/Social%20Club%20Latest%20Setup.exe

If that isn't your actual issue you're going to need to vomit more info -.-

And - because you are in a black screen loading thread - other fixes -

My fix for this is to alt+tab and open task manager

1 - click on the "Performance" tab
2 - click on "open resource monitor" at the bottom
3 - right click on GTA5.exe
4 - click on "suspend process"
5 - wait 10 seconds
6 - right click on gta5.exe again and click "resume process"

alt+tab back into the game and it should be fixed.

Id love to see a video of this working from the op. From my understanding GTA wont launch without social club.

Scuba Steve however is onto a winner!
