So are they actually safe? I mean when you save and load the game are they still there?
Every character has a "personal" vehicle that is always really available. You don't need to make any efforts to keep it saved, and it will even respawn if destroyed. Upgrades are also saved, even if the car is destroyed. You can only choose this vehicle for your Online character. Story mode characters have their own cars, and you can't change them.
All 3 characters in story mode can buy a garage that holds 4 cars, so that's 12 cars in addition to safehouse cars. In Online, apartments come with a 10 car garage, you can buy multiple of them, and you can buy supplemental garages on top of that.
If not can somebody please fix Rockstar's ♥♥♥♥-up and make a mod (if actually possible) to safely keep more than 2 vehicles in a safehouse?! How about a mod that makes any vehicle a permanent one, like Franklin's bike and his Charger (whatever the ingame car is called)
Seriously Rockstar...you have 200+ cars in the game along with mods for each car and only give us very limited storage for them?!
oh, i had no idea this is for singleplayer.... i haven't played SP that much yet.. sorry.. dunno then
Maybe it's just police vehicles that disapear... I haven't had any cars disapear on me yet but I've only stored up to 2 cars. So far so good. I'm asking because I'd rather be sure what the officially supported limit is prior to spending a good amount of time customizing them just to have them vanish later on.
