Heists are pointless, take too long, and require heavy teamwork (of which does not even exist in this game unless you have real life friends)

I can make the same amount of money (if not more) in the same amount of time it takes to do a heist as a crew member

I cant host heists because im stuck in the station setup mission in prison break and everyone on the cargo ship keeps dying and if i dont do the cop cosplay part then the other guys will ♥♥♥♥ it up

Seriously rockstar, give us ♥♥♥♥ing AI crew members and switch between them like in story mode or just let us do it ourselves

Kinda agree, but not with everything, Heist gives low money for the effort especially when u have a bas team, although socializing or joining an active crew with voice chat is probaly the next best thing for heists

I think Heists should be HARD. A great challenge too overcome. BUT, There should be a great payout aswell.

its fun to troll heists, I joined this one heist and everytime we got close to the end I suicided, they spent 4 hours trying to finish it. haha, it was so funny people should make youtube vids trolling heisters.

heists are pointless. #1 low pay #2 too much to do.
a heist takes about 30-40min to do all setups... then atual heist another 20-30min... in this whole time i can do jobs and make about 500k ++ and 2 rankups...

if you want AI teammates, then go play single player - if not, there is online multiplayer

Tthere are plenty of ways to find people to play with you guys : recruit the people from your friends list to a crew you can easily create - no need for big management, just call it a group with people from your friends' list

If none of them are playing, then search and join a good crew ( preferably guild ) -- they will have mumble/ts set up and it'll be easier to communicate during heists - also, the comms in game are really good -!

All failing, you find friends like everybody does : you play a lot of multiplayer and pay your dues while adding people with the same gaming and mindset than you - eventually you'll have a great team to play with - or, were you expecting to be carried all the time ? Sometimes you have to do the carrying -!

TL;DR - yesterday ( finished today due to connection problems from the entire crew ) I did "prison break" with a RL friend ( which is an another country ) and 2 new friends and I was in absolute tears - I laughed so hard with the costumization and the joking and messing around -!

I hope they don't bring AI and promote this sort of interaction -- it feels like raiding in WoW or SW but we get to do a lot of ♥♥♥♥ in the way :)

*edit - I only disagree with the "heists are stupid" posts - it takes time and preparation but it's just awesome to do them with your friends - if you're not finding it funny, regardless of rewards or time spent or whatever, then maybe you don't have a bunch of good mates to do them with you - and, for that, I feel a bit sorry for you :(

I honestly think, the whole lobby system is destroying this game. Dedicated servers owned by players, are the best. Not these Public ones where everyone just derp around, and you don't get "regulars" either, so you probably will never see any of those you just did a job with, again.

I make about 100k+/hour doing heists, while having fun at the same time. Any form of money making will suck for you if you use it as a grind rather than a fun activity. They could just have you millions of cash but then the game wouldn't be fun for long anyways.
