hello, how do i change my aiming from free aim to aim assisted?

lol. relativity dude; i actually like that question as it is the only error condition in that process where i can go back to what i was doing if i say 'no'. anything else sends me on a cloud simulator journey and maybe back to a session after 10 minutes :/

First of all, some of us have only just started playing, like within the last month, so of course we have questions that seem old to those who have been at for two years. I think the question comes up when we are in a battle with people who are tumbling around while shooting, so we ask, "how do you tumble?", and someone says "Auto aim" so the next question for us PC users then becomes, "Well, how do we auto-aim?", not because we want to aim-bot, but because we want to tumble.

Somehow, without setting up aim-assist, I keep ending up in matches with tumbling fools, so my question is "Does free aim guarantee not winding up with aim-botters?"

Just butting in but some people can't go with mouse. I got into an accident when i was a kid, and can't use 3 fingers on my left hand, so playing with a keyboard isn't possible for me.

haters gonna hate, lol, i play from my bed with a xbox 360 controller, i got used to play gta in ps3 with a controller, i like to play with a controller, this game feels right to play it with a controller, if you want to play with keyboard and mouse you can but drive in gta with keyboard is horrible, a shooter feels weird with a controller, i have to play quake champions with keyboard and mouse, but this one is perfect for a ps3/4 or xbox controller

lol this is a very old thread. Everyone here is just being typical pc fanboys. Use whatever you want and are comfortable with peripheral preference is user dependent, there is no harm if it values your own comfort and casual playstyle.

Console player: I wanna lay back and use a controller tho m+k seems annoying
