GTA V - Camera Freeze Glitch [FIX]

This hasn't happened personally to me, but it has happened to a few friends. Now, Im sure that other people have found a way to fix this but I can't see any threads explaining how. So I thought Id help a little, what you want to do is:

First option

1. Hit ESC.
2. Go to your Settings tab.
3. Click on the Graphics option.
4. Change a setting that won't require a restart.

Second Option

Alt tab out of the game.

Hopefully either of these should fix the problem. I wish you the best of luck and hope you have a great time playing the game.

Camera Freeze? Are you talking about studdering or lag spiking for no good reason?

Some people when loading into a mission or a heist their camera will freeze on a close up of their character and they're unable to move the camera anywhere.

It's like their screen is frozen but other players can still see them move and they're still able to use voice chat.

i alt+tab out of the game and back in again to fix that.

Kinda late but I just found this. I’m stuck in the Bereau Heist and when it’s starting up it’s stuck on a close up of the garment factory. I tried alt-tab but it doesnt do the trick.
