Create Shortcut to launch GTA Online?

I have been googling it, and cant find anything. When you launch from Steam it gives you an option to launch Story Mode, or Online. But if you create a desktop shortcut, it is always story mode.

Is there a way to make a shortcut that launches directly into online mode?

Uh... Yeah well here you go. If you got it from steam you need to start steam every time you play or click a shrotcut to a steam game anyways... So... You could check the GTA V Local Files to find a "ONLINE" .exe to "SHORTCUT" into online mode.. though idk how logging into steam and Gta would be messed up because they are linked...

"C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\PlayGTAV.exe" -StraightIntoFreemode
*Note game path varies from PC to PC...


Create Launch to online mode shortcut:
1. Or Find your GTAV.exe
2.Right Click it
3. Send to desktop shortcut.
4. Right click new shortcut.
5. Click Properties
6. Click shorcut tab
7. add "-StraightIntoFreemode" (No"") to target line similar to above line...

Create verify files shortcut:
1. Same as 1-6 above
2. add "-Verify" (No"") insted of -StraightIntoFreemode to target line similar to above line...

I'm tried different ways to create working shortcut for GTA Online.
In theory you should just add -StraightIntoFreemode parameter to GTAVLauncher.exe.
But on practice you can got error: Game was launched without steam client. Or somethig like that.
Finally I'm found 100% working variant.

"D:\Games\Steam\Steam.exe" -applaunch 271590 -StraightIntoFreemode

Of course you should change path to your steam.exe
It's works for shortcuts and different custom menu.
I hope it will be useful for someone...

Just as FYI: starting straight into online usually takes longer than starting into sp and going online from there together
