Missing Tonya

I was recently playing GTA V but there's a mission called Pulling Favors which i can't play.I can see the question mark on the map but there's just no Tonya.

All I know is later in the game she appears directly infront of Franklin's first house. I think it was after the mission with chop and Lamar.

I just finished mission Dad and Son and after that i see no Tonya

When yuo are Franklin do yuo have any "F" missions on the map? Just curious if you need to advance another quest first maybe.

Btw:I downloaded 100% save file so now i can replay all the missions.

I redownloaded everything, rechecked everything and now the girl is showing up :).
