The Unicode string, "剜捯獫慴慇敭屳呇⁁屖湥楴汴浥湥湩潦", interpreted as ANSI is "\Rockstar Games\GTA V\entitlement.info" which leads me to believe that there is a mistake in the game's code where it uses the ANSI string, "\Rockstar Games\GTA V\entitlement.info", interpreted as a Unicode string when concatenating onto the Unicode string used for the path when saving (and probably loading) that file.

No idea what this means, but to me it looks like names. It doesn't translate into anything else in GT.
Im going to run it through virus total for fun.
