The cars in this game slide around too much, spin around too much. They're too light and bouncy.
HAHAHAHAHAHAH stop, i almost fell off my chair.
The driving in GTA is miles better than either of them two games i think you need to just get better.
No he means that each character has a driving stat. So certain characters in game aren't that great at driving. Not sure if you tried GTA online yet, but when you edit your characters skills one of the options is driving. (there's also a flying option too)
Was about to comment the exact same thing, Sleeping Dogs is the worst of the two, but SR is terrible as well. Nothing wrong with the driving in this game at all in my opinion.
Maybe I do need to get better, but getting better in this context means accounting for crazy oversteer, no drifting, and tires covered in butter. At least I'll be well-practiced for any power boats in the game.
i know, its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ retarded, but thats what you do im sure of it
Perhap's that's because cars from that particular era weight a freaking metric ton.
It's arcade style controls, it's not intended to be realistic. The cars are modifiable to make them perform better, but imo the most common cause of driving issues with games like this is people who never take their proverbial foot off the freaking accelerator. That's the most common reason why the cars are constantly sliding out of control.
I've seen mine go up with Franklin. You get driving skill increases from near misses and from driving at max speed, maybe a few other things, but not for just regular driving. I can't tell that it makes any difference, though.
Drive bys? you mean shooting from the car as you drive by?
