(NEED HELP ASAP) How to upload crew emblem GTA Online

Guys I need tutorial or link that make instant upload crew emblem... I've try upload manually by editing html on inspect element but when I try to save the emblem has 2 possibilities loading save is too long and some message pop up that image I make is violent..
Is somebody has same problem with me ?
please help me to solve this problem

it was patched out, you need to pay for custom uploads now apparently
