Default Radio Station?

Is there a way of setting the default radio station for every vehicle you use? Changed the setting in the Settings menu to User Radio (or whatever it is) but jumped in a mission car and it picked a random radio station I really didn't want to listen to and I really don't want to have to manually change radio stations every time I get in a vehicle.

The stations are set in script per model of car so the only way do so it by modding the game!

Welp, that's retarded. I guess all previous games had such behaviour(I don't really remember), but at least there were 2-3 normal radio stations =/

3, VC & SA did for sure. Ridiculous you can't set a default radio station.

This needs to be fixed. I am ready to punch a Rockstar programmer in the ♥♥♥♥ over this problem. I have never and will never be a fan of Channel X but it is on EVERY time I enter a car.

was this ever addressed as this is a few years old. Is there now a way to set default radio station as I have my own radio station for my own music and hate having to weed through the other stations to find mine

Hold Q and select Self Radio, takes like 2 seconds.

UMMM I know that I asked if there was a way to set it as the default radio as I know it was a requested feature as far back as at least 2016 so just asking if that feature was ever added.

As much as we use cars, planes, mc's, boats, whatever; it does get tedious to change the station every time even if it is "just" a couple extra seconds. I don't hate (all) the games music, but ♥♥♥♥, I like mine better!
