I think Story and Online are similar in this aspect. They only work from 10pm to 5am.
The best places are Vespucci Beach. Del Pierro office area. Little Seoul.
South Arsenal Street (Scrap yard near Maze Bank Arena).
Legion Square and Central Vinewood.

Also there is the Strip Club in Strawberry. Spend some time with the girls and they will start to open up.
