Probably not exactly related to your issue, but a note for those with dual cards that have to use the disable trick.
I have a 680.
Asked two friends what it looked like on their setups (showed them a screenshot of what it looked like for me).
Guy with a 780Ti: same result as me.
Guy with a R9 290X: same result as me.
...I think it's just a glitch/bug and really not relevant to the GPU you're using (but that's just me, guessing)...
I have an R9 290 and I have the same issues, so it's definitely not an Nvidia 600 series bug.
