Pagasus Hangs Up on Me

So I transfered a character over that I've had since the early days of GTA V on the 360 and it's only LvL 25 (I'm telling you this in case it might be causing the issue). Anyway, I've bought a couple vehicles through pegasus (one is the monster truck) with my pre-order bonus cash. I've gotten the texts saying they're ready, but there's an issue...

Every time I call the lady picks up and say something like "Welcome, you've reached pagasus lifestyle managment support, thank you for calling." and then they just hang up. No menu to choose my vehicles. No busy signal or saying that all operators are unavailable. Pegasus just answers and thanks me for calling then ends the call.

If anyone has had similar problems or knows how to fix it make some noise. Any help is appriciated. I just blew $500,000 of my pre-order bonus and I want to be able to use it.

They're in your garage! If you don't have an apartment, buy one, and they will be stored in your garage.

So some vehicles are stored in the garage and not delivered through their calling system? Well that explains it then.

Why would it be in his garage? Pegasus vehicles can't be stored in your garage. That's why you call Pegasus to retrieve them

The vehicles aren't stored in your garage. The monster truck won't be stored in your garage, you have to call Pegasus to retrieve it.

Yeah, checked my garage just in case. Totally not there. Still, when I call pegasus they answer and then just hang up without giving me the menu. Not busy. Not telling me they're unavailable. The lady says "Thank you for calling Pegasus lifestyle management, how may I help you?" then she hangs up.

Just give Rockstar a few days to patch it

Is this an actual documented bug? I've looked around and most things are about people complaining that Pegasus is busy or unavailable. This isn't quite the same.
