libcef.dll causes Social Club UI Crash [FIX]
So some people had this problem... Here's the fix!

Copy and Paste .exe and libcef.dll
FROM
Program Files x86/RockstarGames/Social Club
TO
Program Files/RockstarGames/Social Club

This fixes the "Social Club UI stopped working" issue on start up

Hey after hours and many trys I solved my Problem.

Got a brand new Operating System and tryed everything.
Driver, Reinstall, clear my Regestry, installed a older verion, Copy the libcef file,....

At the end (New OS)
>> Install the service pack 1 for Windows 7 and it works.
for me the first solution solved the problem.

I only have the libceff.dll file in my social club folder. I don't see anything about an .exe file.

solution worked, for me. already tried the win7 sp1 and the rest. but this worked. many thanks man.:steamhappy:
