Can't use Los Santos Customs

I can drive into the garage, but I can't do anything besides drive around in there. Interaction button doesn't do anything (just beeps the horn) I have the same problem in single player and online. Anybody else?
FIXED: I verified files and it works fine. Apparently a few files were missed. Thanks.

I think you have to do the 5th mission where you get formally introduced to it.

You have to beat the story mission "Father/Son" to unlock the car repair shop my bad.

I can't finish that mission because I can't fix Amanda's car.

In your steam library, right click : "Grand Theft Auto V". Then click on properties. Under one of the tabs called, "files", click on, "verify files".
