How to zoom with sniper?
No way to find how :/ even by changing the controls

Sure the sniper has an zoom option? Not all snipers can do it.

Yeah that one doesn't have zoom :D
I think the other two on the wall behind the trader have zoom.
one unlocks lvl 21 the other lvl 90. not sure about the lvl 21 though

As germanTHX said, the Marksman rifle cannot zoom, and you can get it in your level because it was added with a DLC

The Marksman rifle has no zoom, but it has a high ROF and low damage.

The Sniper has a zoom plus an even greater zoom with the upgraded scope. But it's a bolt action with an average damage.

Same with the .50, but it's a semi-auto and it has the maximum damage output. 1-2 shot kills every time.
