It must be something to do with the way Steam launches the game because if I launch the game via Nvidia Experience the game uses the full screen mode which it's supposed to.
The only way I can start the game and have it keep it's full screen mode is to launch the game via Nvidia Experience.
It's like Steam is using launch options which force bordered window mode for some unknown reason.
I have noticed that with the game running in the background and I'm on the desktop, key entry on the keyboard has a huge delay, almost as if I'm on a far away remote desktop and there's a huge input lag going on, very strange.
Oh and yeh lots of wierd mouse lag, very floaty, not able to aim precisely like in BF4 for example.
if it starts up in a window just do that and it'll go fullscreen.
After that I was o longer able to have full screen on my primary monitor neither launching from steam nor from N.E. although in game video setting was fullscreen.
I then noticed a "windowed borderless" option and it is now properly fullscreen on my primary monitor.
