ERR_GFX_D3D_NOD3D1X_4 - Launch error - directx - FIXED

I'm having the following error when trying to play GTA 5:
ERR_GFX_D3D_NOD3D1X_4
I know this means this: No DirectX 10 or 11 adapter or runtime found. Please install latest DirectX runtime or install a compatible DirectX 10 or 11 video card.
I have already downloaded directxwebsetup and it says my DirectX is up to date. I've also tried directx_Jun2010_redist, which also says my DirectX is up to date.
Tried reinstalling my video drivers twice, and the new Nvidia 350.12 driver optimized for GTA. No luck.
Also tried cmd's sfc /scannow. No luck so far.
I read somewhere that if I changed to Nvidia Processor on the Nvidia Control Panel, that might work. Well, that doesn't mean anything 4 me cause I'm a desktop user and I simply can't change my processor to my GTX 780 anyway because it's already using it.
My windows user doesn't have any special characters, neither does my steam nickname.
Is anyone having the same problem or has found a fix for this?

With the lasst Patch is this Error History.

I put up a convertiable top and got the same error message but haven't gotten it since. I am sure it will happen any second though.

It is a program that record the playing, if u have anything like that in ur PC, maybe can be it... if not, i cant help you :/

Go into your local files for gta v and delete all the files that begin with d3d...
I had the same problem and this solved it straight away.

I know this is old but I installed redux and had an issue with some directx 11 or whatever apon launching gta 5 through steam. I then deleted anything to do with redux and still had the problem, then I deleted anything starting with d3d like you said and I am still haveing the problem, it's been happening since last night
