Why is GTA 59.99 on PC but only 39.99 on XBOX 360?

It's been out on the system for over a year now? And Its totally worth the 59.99. This is the second time I've paid full price for it, I know people who are buying it for a third time. And Us PC gamers have some extra features the consoles don't have I'm pretty sure

Plus when was GTAV expensive on those consoles except at launch date?
When I got mine on PS3 in Sep 2013, yea it was $60. A month and half later my friend got his copy used for $38 @ GameStop.

pc version has more guns/cars/farther view distances/better graphics/FIRST PERSON MODE/more crowded streets and side walks/more players online/more online jobs/and alot more i cant think of off the top of my head... prity much its a whole new game
