Low res textures

First off i'd like to say that the game runs AMAZINGLY thank you rockstar. However, im getting low resolution textures even with the texture settigns on Very high. Anyone having this issue? Could it be the card?

The textures that are low res are signs, the roads and i guess some buildings.

there is nothing to fix. you simply dont have enough vram to run textures at those settings in this game.

The total available graphics memory is 4GB, and the dedicated video memory is 2GB.

Don't listen to the other guy, he's hyping too much like the rest. Don't forget that this game worked on 256MB VRAM on ps3...Anyway. I also have 2GB card and i set up very high textures without any problem. Don't expect crysis 3 textures but it's way better than ps3. Also reduce the population variety to 70%, shadows put it to high, play with those settings which eat too much vram and you will find the right spot. I'm surprised that most of my settings which eat vram are cranked to very high but i still get the game inside 2GB. Disable high resolution shadows and don't exceed 2XMSAA.
