GTA V artifacts (AMD R9 280X)

Every time I see the blue markers I get this.
Also cant turn MSAA on. D3D game crash every time.

I'm getting this too but they're black on mine. I'm using an r9 280

hmmm not sure whats going on here as i just got a 280x and get the artifacts after a while of playing, being that this card is factory OC and that other ppl have said that turning off advanced settings to stop this issue ( which doesnt completely stop it mind you , i think it only delays it) this all leads me to believe it may be heat or load issue for the card? i will be checking the cards temp tonite to see if that may be the case....so far my research has no found a complete fix only that turning off advance settings may stop the artifacts for awhile longer than with them on....
it does seem to be an issue with just 280x cards as far as i can tell based on what i have found via other forums etc

nope. its rockstars/amds fault. the 100-200$ you save, buying an AMD card, are the 100-200$ that nVidia pays their driver crew. All my friends, who's got nVidia just play and enjoy it maxed out. and im sitting here counting mah dollars.
