Can't enter garage/apartment..

Ok so when i got on to play today I tried to enter my garage with my personal vehicle to store it. So it plays the animation of my car driving through the entrance, but then nothing happens. Then I had to restart my game because it was stuck. After that I tried walking into my apartment on foot, same thing happens, it gets stuck. I restart my computer and the game several times, still not fixed. Now, an hour or two later, I don't even see the blue circle next to the entrance to my apartment. I'm so frustrated right now.. Anyone know what I can do to fix it? Thanks..

Mine plays the animation of me going down into my garage in my vehicle but after that it teleports me outside the garage and i'm just stuck there.
Damn it's annoying!

Yeah it's very strange, I really hope a patch is released soon.. :/ This isn't the only bug i've seen so far

I've also had this same issue. It's the first place I've purchased and I have yet to be able to get into it. Is it possible it's the same apartment building? Mine is 0325 S. Rockford Dr.

No, well actually I have 2 apartments, one of which I bought 2 days ago because I thought I would be able to get into it, but I can't get into that one either. My first apartment is the Eclipse Tower 40, and my second one is in Tinsel Towers

Same here. Bought an apartment near the waterfront on the west side. I pulled up to find a blue marker outside the garage. As soon as I approached it I got a drive in animation. Now my camera is stuck looking at my car sitting in the driveway. The only thing I can do is access the menu where I can see other players moving around on the map. I can't do anything. Meh.

I think it fixed itself in my case. Anyway, try to set your spawn point to your apt for whenever you enter a new session. I've heard that fixes it in some cases.

I didn't have the issue after starting a new session.

Well i'm still having the issue and i've come to accept that rockstar is too lazy to fix the issue not to mention the dozens of other issues in online. I haven't been able to enter my garage since launch so I have to call my mechanic every time I want a car from it

This is your problem.. you're playing in a public session.

When you enter/exit facilities that move the character from outside to inside, and change the world environment to an interior, the game needs to resync and reload everything. When someone in the lobby is lagging significantly, you won't load your content until everything finishes synching.. and if there's a modder preventing sync in the first place, you're screwed unless you drop to private session..

Either play in invite only or closed friend sessions. You can do Crew sessions if you trust your crew members to be legit players. But in Public Session, this sort of thing should be expected.. along with not being able to do anything you want because some pest is going to troll you while you try..
