What are the keys to detonate a sticky bomb and to fire weapon from cover?

Just as the title suggests, I can't find the key bindings for these two options that exist on the Xbox and PS3 version of the game. I watched people do it that I was on missions with, but now I'm on a mission alone and I need both of them.

Not much help Googling anything about GTA V for PC yet, since everyone just got it.. Anyone happen to figure these out?

Solved, G is the default key binding for throwing grenades/detonating sticky bombs. The setting is located under combat - not sure how I missed it so many times. As for shooting from cover, just don't aim the weapon with the right mouse button. Just pressing/holding fire will stick the gun outside of your cover zone and spray.
