Stupid question really
The trick is to use SSD for faster virtual memory, alternatively you can also use another separate HDD for virtual memory or even employ another storage such as flashdrive for ReadyBoost (or even virtual memory) under Windows Vista/7/8.
Hope it helps.
I've got two DDR3 PC3 1600/12800 planks and I can run the game smoothly both in SP and online iterations. Of course, the graphics settings may seem modest to some, but the game still looks better than the PS3 version so I'm fully content with it (have no money for an upgrade, see).
It's worth mentioning that sometimes when I drive fast in free roam for some time I start seeing missing textures here and there (mainly on the road), but it's not that annoying, I just slow down and everything loads properly.
i get 60fps at medium+high setting
Hey! Did that 8GB RAM upgrade solve your stuttering issue? I'm also having 4GB RAM and they get full also page file goes to ~7900MB. This game has serious memory issues. When my RAM gets full and page file at 6000-7000MB the game stutters like hell, it is not playable at all.
not realy my pc is really low end but i can run it buy changing a few numbers in the game files if you look up lowspec gamer gta v it will tell you what also takes a bit to get use to XD
