[Help]Stuck after the Casing the Jewel Store, no more missions can'

I've stuck after completing this mission and the side quests. I chose the loud route, Lester is supposed to be call you to start a prep mission to mug a van of carbines, but he never phoned even I finished all other side quests and I'm stuck here. Turns out a lot of people had this problem after a quick google search, but none of them really got a solution for this. Anyway here's what I've tried:

Finish all quest on the map, and even the race events and the stupid triathlons. Though on the character select wheel there's a little "1" on both of characters, but I did do all the side quest, and no icon on map, pic as proof, along with the list of quest I've done: http://imgur.com/a/6SRXF

Replayed related missions, revert back to earlier saves(though I didn't have the save before "Casing the Jewel Store", only after I completed it and there were some side quests remained)

As both characters, tried to get myself killed, phoned everybody, visit and sleep in the safehouse, save random citizens and sit like an idiot on the street all day.
Restart game, restart steam, restart Windows, validate integrity(steam).

It's funny 'cause after I find there's nothing intuitive about the mission and friend system in GTA Online, and it just overall plays messy, I figure at least the singleplayer would be great.

I am also stuck . I have tried restarting,sleeping, and doing all the missions. However, nothing has happened seems like we are not the only ones.

Ok guys, I have the solution !

Switch to Franklin... and CALL TANYA ! Yup, you have to call her to do her towing mission, so that you can progress. Give her a call, do the towing mission, and then, switch to Micheal. You'll receive a text from Lester to intercept the LSPD truck.

I tried this Im just not getting anything, Tonya wont pick up her phone

Possible Fix - I just had this glitch too, it seems to be related to using your own suit from the wardrobe instead of buying one for the casing mission. What I did was enter Ponsonbys and exited straight away and the game attempted to save. Then i got a text a few mins later. Might work for others stuck on this.

This method worked for me. You need to go back to Micheal's house after exiting Ponsonbys. It will start the "Daddy's Little Girl" mission.

i have a solution : try playing as franklin and enter micheals house then you should get a cutscene and then your next mission

Unfortunately I have run into the same issue, and there doesn't seem to be an easy fix available. If Lester fails to call you then the game is pretty much locked where it is. So if going back to an old save doesn't work, my only and very regrettable solution is to delete all saves and start again, and hope you get luckier. I hope I am wrong on this though.
