I have spotted a few similar posts which suggest disabling the Nvdia GPU - that didnt work for me though. I have googled BEX64 errors - seems it could be either soft or hardware :P. *sigh*.
All drivers are up to date, as is my windows. I have used the verification tool on steam also.
Sorry if i am repeating things already asked, its getting hard to filter genuine helpful responses in the rants :P.
Thanks in advance for any tips. :longhaul:

Erm... dont know why thats censored....
Its a B E X 6 4 error.
Mystrios 14 kwietnia 2015 o 12:15
Alot of us have the same problems, no real solution yet and these B E X 6 4 threads are getting lost in the flood of people posting about the game haha

My Best advice is fill out a support ticket, if they get enough they may release a statement soon :)

Ah well, i did manage to find some posts by people really trying to help. Unfortunately nothing really worked. I am obviously loath to uninstall and start a 60gb dl again :P.
Thanks for the response, i think do as you say and leave it for a day or two. Life goes on, got plenty other things to play in the meantime. :). Cheers.

The fix that many people are reporting to work is the disabling of the Graphics Card, but in my case that only made things worse haha

Yeah I mean it has to be patched eventually, its more to do with the Social Club Launcher, just annoying that for alot of people we cant play until they actually make the effort to patch :/

Got the same message and cant play......

It is annoying but from the several hours of effort i have put into trying to fix it (difficult when i have 2 kids and limited play time) i have reached the conclusion 'its bust' :P.
I hoped that this evening on my one day off this week until Saturday i could spend a couple of hours having a blast on a game i waited 2 years for but... nah, too optimistic to think this would be a smooth process.
However, time to crack open a cold one and play something else. I cba to get all angry, life goes on. Thanks for the replys, glad im not alone :):longhaul:

Guys just a quick question...... Is your GTA game installed on another driver other than your default drive? Ie my default drive is C but i have the game installed on my E drive.
blondie2 14 kwietnia 2015 o 14:01
Yes. I forgot to mention that. I am running it from my D drive. I have a SSD 120 gb C drive and i put all my games on my 2 tb D drive.
Coldzero 14 kwietnia 2015 o 14:05
Just asking as i wonder if its something to do with not being on the default drive Steam usually uses? As i notice in My Documents under C drive there is a file for Rockstar/GTA V and within that a file that says Launcher.......i wonder if on another drive the launcher is pointing to the right place?
blondie2 14 kwietnia 2015 o 14:06
Yeah could be.... Unfortunately i oont have remotely enough space on my SSD to even think about trying that out :(.

I note that steam shows my files as my D drive and within that i have the launcher. I guess its not that issue but you do right to highlight it, i could be wrong.
Unfortunately i now need to get myself to bed as i am up at silly o clock but thanks for the responses and i hope you all get the issues resolved.
Gnight folks.

I managed to fix my BEX_64 launcher crash. Made a post about it here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/271590/discussions/0/611703709832126791/#c611703898449162073

Oh thx Croftsa, ill give that a go.

Ok, i tried the easiest step of the tips and this.........

In my case it was Bullguard and no you don't have to uninstall it to check it, you just have to remove one VERY important mark before disabling your antivirus or else it does nothing.

1.Double-click on the BullGuard icon in the System Tray and open the application.
2.Click on the "Settings" option from the upper part of BullGuard's window.
3. From the left panel of the window, choose "General" (Advanced Mode) > "Advanced" > Main and disable the "Allow BullGuard to protect its components against termination" option.

Then disable the antivirus and it will let you play GTA V and ask for firewall permissions, after doing that you can re-enable everything and it will run just fine from then on :3

.......WORKED !!!. I didnt even have to disable Bullguard once i had selected the option.
Hope that helps the Bullguard using B E X 64 error folks and thanks to Croftsa for linking the info ;)
