HARDCORE, MILF, BUSTY PORN IN GTA 5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought this game exactly 5 mins after launch and only got to play it today, my exprience was bad. I though I could run the game perfectly fine on lowest settings, but I can't. My specs are

Gigabyte GTX 550 Ti
i5-2400
4gb Kingston RAM

Canyourunit and Geforce experience says that my computer can run the game on low perfectly fine, but when I get in-game there are no framerate issues, but the textures and stuff popping in is just horrible, not even the map can load instantly when I check it. The game keeps freezing and sometimes certain sound dissapears. I have installed the newest driver made for GTA 5, which helped a bit, but didn't fix my issue, I also overclocked my card from 900 Core clock to 1000 and Memory clock from 2050 to 2150, but I don't see a difference. PLEASE HELP!
