Slow downloading

I just started to download GTA V, max on my line in 1.9MB/s I am going on 117kB/S , I understand it is a launch day and all but shoudn't you be prepared for millions of people downloading?
It shows it will be finished i 6 day, way to go STEAM!
I should have go and buy it on a disc.

i stuck at 10kb/s, niiice. already got 17gb

I own the non-Steam version. On a 100/100 line but only got 250kbps DL speed. Downloaded the files from mega.co.nz (Google it, I'm sure there still are active folders).

Don't know if it works for the Steam version but I got it all down in less than an hour. Extracted the files to my GTA V folder and ran the Launcher. Unfortunatly you still need to download a patch from Rockstar but 2.5GB is better than 60...

To be honest I don't care if this method is legit or not. My original download should take 14 days according the launcher. Not acceptable.

Change download server, there is always one close to you that gives you full-speed
