+++++++UPDATE+++++++++
I was able to launch it, using a resource in forums (acces device manager and disable nvida card), but there's a catch: you have to do it really quick. Disable Nvidia GPU, and just after Rockstar social club launcher appears , and BEFORE the game runs, you have to enable the nvida gpu.
If you fail to do it quickly, the game will start using the weak intel graphics card and the game
will look like 20 Frames per minute!!!!!!!!!!.
Once the game started, everything looked like 60 fps, except in the driving part with franklin. The game started to look really slow and bumpy(20 fps).
I will try it out using Nvidia Geforce Experience for and optimized configuration.
Tell you later my experience.
In partial conclusion, the game can be played on these laptops, but with this runarounds.
++++++++UPDATE 2+++++++++++
Game just runs well using the configuration by nvidia Geforce Experience, only that you
may change your resolution to 1600 x 900 fullscreen.
It looks awesome. It's a shame game need more corrections and patches from Rockstar.
You should utilize the Nvidia Control panel and go to "Manage 3D settings".
Then go to the "Program Settings" tab and look for the game there. If it appears, set it to exclusively use the Nvidia GPU.
Then, ( and even if it does not appear ) "add" the main program executable and also assign it to use only the Nvidia GPU.
GeForce Experience does a pretty good job ad optimizing your in game settings after the first time you run GTA.
