Scroll down with the down arrow under Graphics(NOT ADVANCED GRAPHICS)... They are all there.

I just took a second screen shot all you people saying I need glasses need you check yourselves. As you can see non of the options in the 1st picture is present in neither.

Yes they are, you just have to scroll down. See the arrows at the bottom of your third screenshot? That means there's more options down the list.

Slow down, breath, calm the frake down. They ARE THERE.

First, Use your arrow keys or page up page down while in the graphic settings options screen.

Then,
If not, maybe you aren't using a Direct X11 Graphics card.
If that is the case, maybe a DirectX 9 card doesn't support all those options?

Or...
Do you have intergrated graphics kicking in inseatd of your dedicated GFX card?
Check your PC Bios and make sure standby rendering or intergrated GPU isn't set to come on and only the PCIe graphics card is primary.

If it still doesn't show up, contact Rockstar support, because if all of the above is true and you still aren't seeing them, then it is something on YOUR END because everyone else is getting these options.

Um actually I've been building PC since I was 12. I'm now 26 and usually there is a scroll bar on the side or you can use middle mouse. I thank those for clearing that issue but one issue that hasn't been resolved is the frequent crashing. err gfx d3d init gta v
